ハワイ島のKumuに師事しハラウ名を授与され、日本(大阪)でハラウを開校する
2011年1月1日にハワイ島のホナウナウにてウニキを受ける。
ハワイの歴史・文化を学び伝統を大切にして敬意をもってフラの指導にあたることを常に心がけている。
そしてハワイ、日本で数多くのフラのイベントに出演し続けている。
フラを通して人を思い理解し愛する心・自然を感じ大切に思う心を持ってハワイを愛する人が益々増えることを願いつつ、日々フラを楽しんでいる。これからも変わることなく。。。。
Studied hula under Kumu Tisa Moana Kalili in Big Island,
established halau Ka Hula O Na Hoku O Ka Moana Pakipika,which is named by Kumu Tisa Moana Kalili,in Osaka.My uniki ceremony took place in Honaunau back in January 1st,2011.I teach hula with my respect to culture and history of Hawai’i, and appears on numerous stages and concerts in Japan.I hope that more and more people will come to love Hawai’i through hula by understanding and loving others,and feeling and cherish the nature.I enjoy hula every day now and in the future as well.

フラと音楽の家系に生まれる。
25年間師事したGeorge Naopeと共に「Na Mele’o Kawa Kahiko 」「Hawaii’s Golden Treasure 」のアルバムもレコーディングした。
1985年アンクルより指導許可を受けハラウ名を授与される。
1990年コナのホナウナウでハラウを創設。
日本、アメリカ本土などを訪れワークショップなどを開きフラの指導にあたる。
好きな言葉は「MALAMA」

Born into a family of hula and music.
She had studied hula under Uncle George Naope for 25 years, she joined recordings of his albums “Na Mele’o Kawa Kahiko” and “Hawaii’s Golden Treasure”.
In 1985, she got a permission to teach hula and given name of her halau by Incle George Naope.
In 1990, she established halau in Honaunau.
She has held hula numerous workshops in the mainland US and Japan.
Her favorite word is “Malama”, which means “Take care of Hawaii,its culture and traditions.
Take care of yourself”.
ハーラウの紹介
Kumu Tisaよりハラウ名を授与され大阪でハラウを開き17年が過ぎようとしています。大きな目標は「ハワイの歴史・文化を学び伝統を大切にしてフラを楽しむ」。
クラスはビギナーからインストラクタークラスがあり、アウアナとカヒコの両方を学ぶことができます。
どのクラスも生徒の年齢、職業もバラバラですがチームワーク良く明るい雰囲気がいっぱいです。
年間を通じてイベントも多数ありますが自分のライフスタイルに合わせて自由に選択し出演できます。
毎年、ハワイへはもちろんですがコロナ禍からはここ数年気軽に行ける沖縄においても研修を行うようになりました。
最近、新しく加わった目標は
「健康に楽しく長くフラを続けていく！」。
It’s bee 17 years since Kumu Tisa awarded name of halau Ka Hula O Na Hoku O Ka Moana Pakipika and established it in Osaka.
The biggest objective is “Enjoying hula as well as learning culture and history of Hawai’i with respect”.
We have lessons from beginner to instructor level, in which you can learn both kahiko and ‘auana.
Students are in various age groups, but we all are in one team and have cheery atomosohere.
Througout the year, we have numerous stages and concert, You may choose which one to be on.
We have “hula lesson trips” that take place in Hawai’i every year.
In addition, “hula lesson trips” takes place in Okinawa as well as ones in Hawaii since COVID pandemic.
Recently a new objective has been added.
“Stay healthy and enjoy hula as longer as possible”

Halau Na Kamalei O Lililehua の創立50周年お祝い申し上げます。本当に素晴らしいことです。
そして、そして今年
P.P.H.E.にP(Pu’uwai)が加わってP.P.P.A.として帰って来た！！
お久しぶりです。
この記念すべき公演に出演させていただき、ハワイの皆様、日本の皆様と素晴らしい時間と空間を共有できる事を嬉しく、嬉しく思います。
そしてこのステージを用意していただいたロバート・カジメロさんをはじめ、ヒデさん、関係者の方々に感謝してお礼申し上げます。
後は私達がこの夢のような世界を思いっきり楽しむだけです。
First of all,I would like to congratulate on 50th anniversary of Halau Na Kamalei O Lililehua.
And this year, P(Pu’uwai) joined P.P.H.E., coming back as P.P.P.A.!
It’s been a while!
I feel very delightful that I can appear on this memorial concert with you all and being a part of this concert.
I would like to say “big mahalo” to Kumu Robert Uluwehi Cazimero,Hide-san,and you all.
We will enjoy this dream-like atomosphere !
